According to Jason Miller of WebPro News, Google is being sued for click fraud, a class action suit for at least $5 million ...

He mentions that there is motivation on Google's part NOT to stop it, and motivation on the plaintiffs' part to get free publicity and money from the suit.

The main plaintiff is apparently Click Defense Inc.

Jason mentions "That Click Defense is accusing Google of having a financial interest in not detecting click fraud is a little bit funny, as Click Defense has a definite financial interest in nailing Google for it."
