If you wish to do something to help the Katrina victims, my Church - New Hope - is FEMA-registered and FEMA-certified. We are, of course, a 501-C organization, so donations are tax-deductible up to your limits.

Right now, we're waiting on our new marching orders from FEMA before we head off to wherever they need us. Last year we took about $100K to the Florida hurricanes victims. This year, we're hoping to raise $200K for the Hurricane Katrina victims.
